The Hobbit House is straw bale and lime plaster built using timber coppiced from the site. The roof is insulated using sheep’s wool along with various other breathable and recycled materials. It is an example of sustainability in practice. It has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and outside decking. It is available for holiday lettings at £75 per night with a two night minimum stay and discounts are available if booked as part of a course, event or wedding package.
